FAQ's and Rules of Use

Q. May I use your stock?
A. Well of course you can. All I ask of you if you do choose to use my stock, just credit me for my own stock, and please link back to me or the image you used in your art.

Q. Can I use your stock for commercial or TV broadcasting? I will credit you for it.
A. No, I am sorry, you may not. Even with proper credit I cannot allow my work to be distributed in such a way.

Q. Can I use your stock to create new stock images or brushes?
A. No, I would appreciate it if you would make your own stock and brushes. Thank you.

Q. May I use your stock for a manip on a role-play web site?
A. That would only depend, if you are willing to not only post up the finished piece here on DA so I may see and fav it, but credit me on the actual finished manip and ask me first. Then yes, you may.

Q. Do I have to contact you to let you know I have used your stock?
A. No, it's not a requirement, but it would be very much appreciated. You see, I consider it a great honor to not only have my stock work used, but to be able to see what wonderful pieces you have created.

Q. What if my image contains nudity?
A. Nudity is fine, but absolutely NO pornographic or sexual images may be used with my stock.

Q. May I use your pictures as they are on my blog?
A. Absolutely not. My images are for stock use only, meaning they may be used in photomanips, drawings, and other artwork creations. Under no circumstances may you use my images within their present state. (Meaning you must manip with it or draw with it.)

Q. Can I post my finished image to Photobucket?
A. No, not without my written consent to do so first. -Thank you.

Q. May I use your stock as a referance for a drawing?
A. Sure, just give me credit, that's all.
